Where people with ideas meet the people who can help
PitchRound is a filtered contact network where founders and people with ideas meet investors, co-founders and mentors.
Make it easier for people with ideas to find the people who can help
Early-stage companies grow through introductions. A founder without the right contacts can spend months finding investors, co-founders and mentors whose focus fits, and an investor mostly sees the companies their own network brings.
PitchRound is software for finding and contacting each other: a listing that states the round, a directory of investors with the criteria they state, private messages, and a data room the founder can put behind an NDA. It is paid through subscriptions, and listing a startup is free.
PitchRound is a software and communication platform: it does not receive or forward investment orders, does not advise, and does not hold money.
How it works
Step 1: Listed
A founder lists the company and the round. An admin reviews the listing against our listing checklist before it goes live.
Step 2: Found
Investors search listings by stage, sector and cheque size; founders search investors by the criteria they state.
Step 3: In contact
Either side can write first, in a private conversation on the platform.
Step 4: Examined
The founder opens the data room, behind an NDA signed on the platform where the founder asks for one.
Step 5: Decided between you
Terms, contracts and payment are settled between founder and investor directly. PitchRound is not a party to the investment and never holds money.
What we believe in
Our values
Aligned incentives
PitchRound is paid through subscriptions, never through a share of a round. It earns its keep by being useful to both sides, not by whether a round closes.
A checklist, not a verdict
Our team reviews each listing against our listing checklist before it goes live. The checklist asks that the listing is complete and that the person who listed it is named in the company register, and each listing page shows what was recorded. It does not audit the figures or judge the company.
AI where it helpsComing later in the beta
AI drafts pitch feedback and diligence briefs from a company's own materials. People make the decisions that count: reviews, approvals and whether to invest.
Plain records
Badges say what is on file, not what we vouch for. Figures on a listing are the founder's own, and the page says so.
